A Quilters Mixology Sew Along // Medallion Quilt

Hi friends! Today is my day over at Sew Sweetness for the Quilters Mixology Sew Along hosted by Sara Lawson. I had such a fun time with this pattern and I do hope that you will stop by and see my project along with all of the other awesome quilters participating. The sew along is celebrating Angela Pingel's new book A Quilter's Mixology and is full of awesome Drunkards Path projects. They range from smaller projects like table runners to queen sized quilts - so there is a project size for everyone! Quilter's Mixology Sewalong // Modern Handcraft: Medallion Quilt

I chose to make the Medallion Baby Quilt - but create a smaller wall size or mini quilt for my project. The fabric I used is Handcrafted, a new modern batik line from Alison Glass for Andover Fabrics.

Sara is also having a second phase of the sew along for you to enter your own projects for a chance to win some amazing prizes, so be sure to check back at Sew Sweetness for more info on that as well!

I was also thrilled to be able to use my Sizzix Big Shot for this project along with my Drunkards Path blocks: Quarter Circle & Path Arch / Fan

Thanks for stopping by friends!
